1. Information BLACK HOLE processes

BLACK HOLE processes information you choose to provide when you create and use an account. Depending on the features you use, this can include your name, email address, journal entries, trade fields, notes, screenshots, AI Coach messages, saved AI memories or preferences, and contact-form messages.

The service can also receive technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as browser/device information, IP-derived request logs, authentication/session data, and basic usage or error information generated by the hosting and infrastructure providers.

2. How information is used

• Authenticate accounts and keep private account data associated with the correct user.
• Store, display, edit, analyze, and synchronize journal and performance data.
• Process screenshots and prompts when you intentionally use AI Review or AI Coach features.
• Provide historical replay, analytics, support, security, abuse prevention, and product reliability.
• Respond to support, privacy, or account-related requests submitted through the Contact page.

3. AI and third-party service providers

BLACK HOLE relies on service providers to operate parts of the product. Account authentication and application data are handled through Supabase infrastructure. The site is hosted and its server-side functions run through Netlify. When you use AI features, relevant prompts, trade context, and/or screenshots may be processed through AI or OCR providers used by BLACK HOLE, including Groq and OCR.space. Market-replay features may obtain market data from external market-data providers.

Only use AI features with information you are comfortable submitting for processing. Third-party providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices.

4. Browser storage and authentication

BLACK HOLE uses browser storage and similar technologies for product preferences, session state, and application functionality. Authentication tokens may be stored by the authentication library so you can remain signed in. Do not use a shared device without signing out when you are finished.

5. Retention and deletion

Account and product data may be retained while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, or comply with legal obligations relating to the service. Some product areas let you delete individual trades or conversations yourself. For broader account or data requests, use the Contact page.

6. Security

BLACK HOLE uses technical safeguards such as authenticated access, server-side API secrets, encrypted HTTPS transport, restrictive browser security headers, and access controls designed to reduce unauthorized access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. The exact rights available to you depend on your location. Submit the request through the Contact page and include enough information for the request to be verified without sending passwords or API keys.

8. Children

BLACK HOLE is not designed for children under 13. Users are responsible for meeting any age, parental-consent, brokerage, or financial-market requirements that apply in their jurisdiction.

9. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The revision date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
