Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to BLACK HOLE and set expectations for account use, AI limitations, market-risk responsibility, and acceptable use of the platform.
Last updated September 24, 20261. What BLACK HOLE provides
BLACK HOLE is trading-journal, analytics, replay, indicator, and AI-assisted decision-support software. It helps users record and review trading activity. BLACK HOLE is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, fiduciary, or trade-execution service.
2. No financial advice or guaranteed outcomes
Content, analytics, signals, AI responses, screenshot extraction, pattern summaries, replay data, and other outputs are informational tools. They are not personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice and do not guarantee a profitable result.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and using the service lawfully. Do not share passwords, private API keys, or other credentials through journal notes, screenshots, AI prompts, or support forms.
4. AI and data accuracy
AI-generated content can be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, or wrong. Screenshot recognition can misread a symbol, timeframe, direction, entry, stop loss, take profit, chart label, or other value. Market data and replay data can also contain gaps or provider limitations. You must verify important information independently before acting on it.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use BLACK HOLE to break the law, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe or attack infrastructure, abuse rate limits, upload malicious content, impersonate others, or attempt to obtain another user's private information.
6. Your content
You retain responsibility for the trade data, notes, screenshots, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant BLACK HOLE and its service providers the limited permission necessary to host, transmit, process, analyze, and display that content solely to operate and improve the features you request.
7. Third-party services
BLACK HOLE depends on third-party infrastructure, authentication, AI, OCR, hosting, and market-data services. Their availability, limits, pricing, data coverage, and policies can change. BLACK HOLE is not responsible for outages or errors caused by services outside its control.
8. Availability and changes
Features may be added, modified, limited, or removed as the product develops. BLACK HOLE may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the service and its users.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Trading involves risk, including the risk of losing money. BLACK HOLE does not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free AI output, perfect market data, or any trading performance. To the extent permitted by law, BLACK HOLE is not liable for trading losses or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
10. Privacy
How information is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an updated version is posted means you are using the service under the current Terms, subject to applicable law. Questions can be submitted through the Contact page.
